About Me

I did like drawing in childhood and in schooltime. The joy I felt dealing with graphic either in exhibitions and myself drawing, sketching or to turn a funny or crazy idea into something with lines on a paper remained and grew stronger during the last years. Some years ago I spent evenings at the “Künstlerische Volkshochschule” (translated : Artistic Adult Education Centre) in Vienna practising to draw nude and portraits with creamy pen, black charcoal, red chalk and colourful chalk. I learnt that it is very difficult to pinpoint the right lines for body and facial expression. Thanks to lectures in history of art at the University of Vienna, which I heart a while ago, I learned to see the varieties of creativity and they stimulated to try out my own creativity.
2015 I published my first book with owl-drawings. For printed books I mostly draw with ink and pen, preferably with stenography pen. For daily use – for myself and in privat – I like to draw with fountain-pen in classic pen blue, or with ball-pen or with fine liners in intense colours. 2019 I started to draw nudes and portraits again. In the meantime I am experimenting with more non-drawing materials like aquarelle colours and acryl. Since some time I am more confident in my photos, which I love to do since a long time.

I have finished my studies in business administration in Vienna, live in Vienna and in my work I deal with a lot of numbers.
